The centre is situated at the intersection of the Inanda, Ntuzuma and KwaMashu (INK) residential communities, and also Phoenix and the Phoenix Industrial Township. The shopping centre is developed in a historically disadvantaged area of South Africa, an area where more than 1 million people live, yet which is significantly under-serviced.
