Vodacom unveils its 2020 Black Friday specials

Vodacom announced that it has launched its Black Friday sale for 2020 in South Africa.

The company listed a number of contract deals on its website, including discounted deals on dual smartphone contracts, with 24-month and 36-month options available.

The retailer promises customers price cuts of up to 75% on smartphone and data contracts.

Vodacom does note on its website that customers who apply for Black Friday contract deals online do not necessarily receive a product until the purchase is completed.

“Stock is not reserved at the time of submitting an application,” Vodacom states on its website.

“It is assigned to an order once approved, subject to availability. Products offered on Black Friday will not be restocked once out of stock.”

These deals are available until 1 December 2020 and are subject to stock availability, Vodacom said.

Vodacom’s Black Friday deals include discounted Red Select+, SmartData 1GB, and Smart XS+ contracts on a number of handsets.

Some of the phones on offer are the Samsung Galaxy S20, the LG V60, and the One Plus 7 Pro.

There are also SIM-only data deals and a Lenovo M10 Android tablet with 2GB of monthly data on special.

It also offers “Black Friday Business” deals, which include uncapped wireless Internet services and “business tickets”.
