Singles’ Day is an unofficial holiday that was first founded and celebrated every year in China and many other Asian countries on 11 November, but it is now celebrated worldwide.

It was originally called Bachelors’ Day and was first started as a day to celebrate being single.

Singles’ Day is observed every year on the 11th of November and it is said to be the culmination of commerce, entertainment and an unabashed show of consumerism.

This Singles’ Day 2021 practice self-love, embrace being alone and treat yourself with a little shopping spree!

Here are where you can get some deals:

1. Superbalist

Superbalist announced that it will be celebrating Singles’ Day by offering customers on Thursday, 11 November 2021 deals of up to 50% off on fashion, shoes, accessories, home + living, sport, and beauty items.

Customers can get the chance to treat themselves to something they've been wanting for a long time.

2. Zando

Zando announced that it too will have deals on its site for single's day that will be valid for the 11th of November.

3. Clinique

Skincare and beauty brand Clinque announced that it will be having Single's Day specials valid from the 10th of November until the 11th of November. Customers can look forward to deals up to 50% off.

4. Clicks

For the first time, Clicks will run Singles’ Day specials online, with savings of up to 40% on fragrances, beauty, electrical and home products and more. The deals are online only.

5. Steve Madden

Steve Madden noted that customers should be on the lookout for their hidden discount codes throughout their social media posts on Single's Day. Codes are valid to be used on Thursday 11 November Only. T&Cs apply.

6. Estee Lauder

The beauty brand Estee Lauder that for the 11th of November only, it will have an offer that if customers buy 1 item and get 11% off or Buy 2 or more items and get 22% off.

7. Takealot

Takealot will also be having a one day sale in celebration of Single's day. The company is offering deals of up to 40% off and free delivery on purchases R450 and over.
