HONOR unveils new HONOR 90 5G device, see what's new

Global technology brand HONOR, broke new ground in smartphone launches with the unveiling of their latest device, HONOR 90 5G.

The event, themed "HONOR Mission Impossible" showcased the brand's dedication to AI technologies and its commitment to achieving new milestones in the Middle East region.

The launch event began by highlighting HONOR's remarkable business achievements in 2023. In the MEA region, HONOR experienced an unprecedented shipment growth of 500% in the first quarter, solidifying its increasing market share.

Additionally, the brand achieved year-over-year growth of 388% in H1, signalling its exceptional success in the Middle East region.

Continuing the series of accomplishments, HONOR showcased its innovative devices, including the HONOR X9a, featuring the strongest screen.

The spotlight then turned to the HONOR Magic5 Pro, which automatically captured the new Guinness World RecordsTM achievement of the Highest Between the Legs Slam Dunk, thanks to its all-new AI Motion Sensing Technology.

HONOR also proudly announced its partnership as the Official Smartphone Partner of the world's largest esports and gaming festival, "Gamers 8" which boasted a staggering prize pool of 45 million dollars, along with top brands and leaders from different industries.

As part of its commitment to the gaming community, HONOR Magic5 Pro became the 2023 PMWI Official Smartphone Partner with PUBG Mobile, further solidifying its presence in the gaming industry.

Taking the excitement to new heights, HONOR made a grand and unforgettable introduction of their highly anticipated HONOR 90 5G smartphone.

After creating an air of anticipation for HONOR 90 5G on social media platforms through about what's UP on the 18th of July, the device made a spectacular entrance through an aircraft, leaving the audience amazed and exceeding all expectations.

As part of HONOR's mission and as an attempt to break a Guinness World Records title, the brand aimed to create the world’s largest photo album, comprising images captured by users on the HONOR 90 5G.

Attendees and smartphone enthusiasts were encouraged to capture their photos using the HONOR 90 5G and share them, contributing to creating the world’s largest photo album.

The launch event truly showcased HONOR's achievements, technological advancements, and dedication to its community. The HONOR 90 5G represents the brand's vision for 2023 and its commitment to AI technologies, with the AI Vlog Master, 0 Risk Eye-Comfort Display and 200MP Ultra Clear Camera, delivering an exceptional smartphone experience for users in the region.

As part of the HONOR 90 Series, HONOR revealed HONOR 90 Lite 5G, featuring a rear 100MP triple camera system, 6.7-inch Edgeless Display, 13GB (8+5) RAM + 256 ROM storage, 4500mAh battery, besides its slim and elegant design.

The highly anticipated HONOR 90 5G & HONOR 90 Lite 5G are set to make their debut in several countries across the Middle East region, including the UAE, KSA, Iraq, South Africa, and other selected countries.

Talking about wearables, HONOR introduced the HONOR Watch 4 featuring a host of advanced features including Bluetooth Calling, Fat Burning Assistant, and 14 days battery life.

Price Reveal

Before the event came to an end, Mr. Daniel Wang, President of HONOR Middle East Africa revealed the price of HONOR’s latest additions.

HONOR 90 5G comes at a price of $599 for 19GB(12+7) RAM+512GB ROM and $499 for 13GB(8+5) RAM+256GB ROM.

HONOR 90 Lite 5G comes at a price of $299 for 13GB(8+5) RAM+256GB ROM version.

HONOR Pad X9 costs $249 for 7GB(4+3) RAM+128GB ROM Wi-Fi.

HONOR’s latest devices will be launched in the region including UAE, KSA, Iraq, South Africa, Kuwait and other countries as per each brand’s plan for each country, so keep an eye out for the local launch of the devices.
