Instagram adds landscape videos on IGTV

CAPE TOWN – Instagram announced that it has added the ability for users to upload landscape videos on IGTV.
This means that users will be able to add landscape and vertical video formats to the platform’s video upload channel.
The company said in its blog: “We’ve heard from creators who want to upload landscape videos for IGTV. Similarly, we’ve heard from viewers who come across landscape videos in IGTV but want to watch them in a more natural way."
“We realize this is an evolution from where IGTV started — we believe it’s the right change for viewers and creators."
