Makro to unveil extended Black Friday deals throughout November

One of South Africa's largest retailers Makro announced that it will run Black Friday deals throughout November, bringing back #BlackNovember.

Makro noted that it will unveil different specials each week, so there will be four weeks of sales featuring multiple items such as TVs and air-fryers to cell phones, laptops and gaming available online and in-store.

Makro said that these deals will only be available during the week in which they are announced, and will not be offered again.

Additionally, Makro stated that customers can also order grocery or liquor deals via One Cart.

“This Black Friday will be bigger than ever before – customers can look forward to great savings on the most sought products. Makro will also be offering free delivery to customers for purchases over R500 as well as same-day delivery on grocery and liquor orders through the One Cart App," the company said in a statement.

“Makro continues efforts to minimise the spread of Covid-19, which include frequent disinfecting of high touch areas, trolleys and till-points at stores.”

The specials will be available online or in-store nationwide.
